2. Where are you located?
We currently have two locations:
• 38 Main St., Salamanca, NY
• 1892 Richardson Rd., Gowanda, NY
Both offer the same great quality — just pick the spot that’s closest to your vibe.
3. Do I need an ID to purchase?
Yes! You must be 21+ with a valid government-issued ID to shop with us. No exceptions — the law is the law.

YAbsolutely. Everything at A Higher Society is fully compliant, licensed, and tested for quality, potency, and safety. No mystery jars — ever.

No — New York laws do not allow on-site consumption at dispensaries (unless specifically licensed). So spark up after you leave, not in the parking lot. 😉
